Job description

This role is part of our centralized Growth and Audience Relationship team, responsible for growing direct relationships between our brands and consumers, operating People Inc. brands' newsletter, notification and lifecycle marketing programs. This role this operates to serve marketing across people inc business and product lines.

About The Positions Contributions:

Accountabilities, Actions and Expected Measurable Results

Platform Expertise and Leadership

Support day-to-day administration and technical execution within the Martech platform that powers paid product and membership growth.

Manage platform configuration, campaign builds, feature enablement, targeting logic, and ongoing optimization.

Partner with Marketing, Product, Data, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical platform configurations, data requirements, audience logic, and user experiences.

Manage execution of new onsite units, triggers, personalization rules, and user flows in partnership with Marketing, Product, and Martech teams.

Own day-to-day platform support and technical aspects of campaign setup, troubleshooting, testing, and QA.

Partner with Data and Marketing teams to define and maintain data schemas, user attributes, events, and audience structures used to build user profiles, targeting rules, and audience cohorts.

Support implementation and troubleshooting of data integrations, APIs, event tracking, tags, and platform-to-platform data flows.

Validate data and event behavior across platforms to ensure campaigns and targeting logic execute accurately.

Support Subscription and Conversion Optimization

Support growth initiatives focused on subscription acquisition and conversion optimization

Enable teams to test messaging, offers, and user journeys within platform

Implement and manage A/B testing frameworks to improve conversion rates and user engagement.

Campaign Operations:

Maintain comprehensive documentation for all campaigns.

Provide platform guidance and training to internal users.

Act as a bridge between technical teams and marketing stakeholders.

Coordinate with vendor on new features, implementation and platform capabilities

Governance and Best Practices:

Follow and establish standards for platform usage, testing, and campaign management

Document processes and maintain operational best practices for platform administration.

Support scalable processes that allow teams to leverage the platform effectively.

Drive continuous improvement in platform performance and operational efficiency.

The Role’s Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Platform Ops, Growth Marketing Operations, Product, or a related field.

Experience:

5+ years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, growth platforms, or technical platform operations.

Hands-on experience administering and implementing technical components of platforms such as Piano, Wunderkind, Digioh, or similar onsite marketing and conversion platforms.

Strong understanding of subscription funnels, conversion optimization, lifecycle marketing, and digital customer journeys.

Experience configuring audience segmentation, targeting rules, conditional logic, triggers, and personalized onsite experiences.

Experience with A/B and multivariate testing frameworks and marketing experimentation.

Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, event-based integrations, tag management, and data flows between Martech platforms.

Understanding of data schemas, user profiles, event data, identifiers, and audience attributes and how they are structured for activation within Martech platforms.

Familiarity with marketing analytics, event tracking, campaign measurement, and debugging data or tracking issues.

Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Analytics, Data, and Engineering teams.

Proven ability to develop technical best practices, documentation, and scalable operational processes.

Intermediate proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript required; including the ability to troubleshoot and modify campaign code and front-end implementations.

Familiarity with browser developer tools and debugging onsite campaign behavior preferred.

Pay Range

Salary: New York: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 Remote: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00
