Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with 5–8 years of experience in machine learning and AI engineering. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem, including Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure AI Search, and a proven track record of delivering scalable AI solutions that enhance customer experience, personalization, search relevance, and commerce outcomes.
Responsibilities :
- Design, build, and fine-tune AI/ML models and LLM-based solutions (recommendation engines, conversational shopping assistants, search relevance, personalization) using Azure OpenAI Service and Azure AI Foundry.- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using Azure AI Search, vector embeddings, and knowledge bases built from product catalogues, customer data, and merchandising content.- Develop and productionize ML models using Azure Machine Learning, including training, evaluation, versioning, and deployment via MLOps pipelines.- Build and optimize prompt engineering strategies, agentic workflows, and function/tool-calling integrations for commerce-specific use cases (order lookup, product Q&A, cart assistance).- Integrate AI services with commerce APIs and backend systems (inventory, pricing, promotions) via Azure Functions, API Management, and event-driven architectures.- Monitor and improve model performance, latency, and cost through techniques like caching, model routing, and prompt/context optimization.- Implement responsible AI practices, including bias testing, hallucination mitigation, and integration with Azure AI Content Safety for guardrails.- Collaborate with Solution and Security Architects to ensure AI components meet architectural, security, and compliance standards, and support pre-sales teams with technical POCs/demos.Skills Required:- 5–8 years in AI/ML engineering
-At least 2–4 years building and deploying LLM-based or generative AI applications in production, ideally within retail, e-commerce, or customer experience domains.Preferred Certifications:- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102)- Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate (DP-100)- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals / AI Fundamentals (AZ-900 / AI-900) — baseline, typically exceeded- Databricks Certified Machine Learning Associate/Professional (if Databricks is part of the stack)- Relevant Generative AI/LLM specialization credentials (e.g., DeepLearning.AI Generative AI certifications)
