Construction Site Manager

Location: Brooklyn, NY
Territory: 5 Boroughs
Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site
Salary: $100K+ DOE

A growing construction company is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure projects run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.

The ideal candidate is an early riser and hands-on operator who is comfortable being on-site from the start of the day, coordinating workers and subcontractors, identifying issues, and making sure everything stays on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Be on-site early each morning to oversee daily operations.
• Coordinate workers, subcontractors, deliveries, and site activities.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety.
• Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep the job moving.
• Communicate with management and provide updates on site progress.
• Ensure materials, manpower, and equipment are available when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and productive job site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of construction site experience required.
• Previous Site Manager, Site Supervisor, Foreman, or similar experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction site operations.
• Reliable, hands-on, and comfortable taking ownership of the site.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be willing to travel between construction sites throughout the 5 boroughs.
• Must be based in or around Brooklyn, NY.
