RN Supervisor – Home Care

Location: Brooklyn, NY
Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation: $140K + Benefits

A growing home care organization is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and oversight for its home care nursing operations in Brooklyn.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in home care nursing and clinical supervision and is comfortable leading staff, reviewing care plans, addressing clinical concerns, and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support field nursing staff.
• Oversee assessments and individualized plans of care.
• Monitor clinical quality and documentation.
• Provide guidance on patient and clinical issues.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company standards.
• Partner with management and care teams to maintain high-quality services.

Qualifications:

• Active NYS RN license required.
• Home care experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Strong leadership, clinical judgment, and communication skills.
