RN Supervisor – Home Care

Location: Rockland County, NY
Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation: $140K + Benefits

A growing home care organization is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee clinical operations and support the field nursing team.

The ideal candidate has strong home care experience, proven supervisory experience, and the ability to ensure patients receive appropriate care while maintaining high clinical and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support field RNs and clinical staff.
• Oversee patient assessments and plans of care.
• Monitor quality of care and clinical documentation.
• Address clinical issues and provide guidance to nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with home care regulations and organizational standards.
• Work closely with management, patients, families, and care teams.

Qualifications:

• Active NYS RN license required.
• Previous home care experience required.
• Prior nursing supervisory/leadership experience required.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
