Job Title: Front End Manager - Fresh Fish Store

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Front End Manager to oversee operations at our fresh fish store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front-end staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining efficient daily operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train front-end staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and scheduling.
• Ensure the front-end area is clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and improve checkout efficiency and overall workflow.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail or customer service management, preferably in a food-related environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic financial reporting.

• Recommended Schedule:
  • Sunday: Off
  • Monday: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM
  • Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 6:30/7:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Thursday: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Compensation:

• Estimated Salary: $28-$35/hour depending on experience

Employment Type:

Full-time position with flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
