Customer Service Representative

This is an onsite customer service role focused on supporting vehicle rental customers. Key responsibilities include creating reservations, onboarding and offboarding customers, updating driver and vehicle information, handling customer concerns, documenting requests, and assisting with accident or damage reports.

The ideal candidate should have strong customer service and communication skills, good computer skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and be bilingual. Spanish, Arabic, Russian, and other languages are welcome.
