Preschool Lead Teacher

Key Responsibilities
Lead daily instruction and activities for an assigned preschool classroom (18-month or 2-year-old group)
Plan and implement age-appropriate, developmentally driven lesson plans
Create a safe, structured, and nurturing classroom environment
Monitor and document each child’s developmental progress
Communicate regularly with families regarding their child’s growth and daily experience
Collaborate with support staff, therapists, and administration
Maintain classroom compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements

Qualifications
Prior teaching experience required
College credits in Early Childhood Education preferred
Experience working with toddlers or infants a strong plus
Warm, patient, and developmentally aware teaching style
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage a classroom independently and professionally
