Client Outreach Specialist

Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and driven Client Outreach Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for families seeking services. You will guide clients through consultations and onboarding while ensuring a smooth, supportive, and welcoming experience from day one.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct proactive client outreach and engagement across Toms River, Lakewood, Manchester, Howell, Brick, Jackson, and the surrounding areas
Schedule and facilitate consultations with prospective families
Support onboarding and intake processes for new clients
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Support client satisfaction initiatives and follow up to ensure positive experiences

Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
Client services or outreach experience preferred
Highly organized with strong follow-up skills
Passion for supporting families and making a meaningful impact
