Assistant Teacher

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time Assistant Teacher to join our Midwood team. You will work alongside lead teachers and clinical staff to support children in a structured, nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities
Assist lead teachers in implementing daily classroom activities and routines
Support children with individualized learning and behavioral goals
Maintain a safe, structured, and positive classroom environment
Communicate progress and observations to teachers and clinical staff
Assist with documentation and data collection as needed

Qualifications
Experience working with children required
Experience with special needs, ASD, or ABA settings a strong plus
Patient, reliable, and team-oriented
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
