Core Responsibilities

Manager Intelligence Collection

Participate in manager discovery and preference-gathering conversations
Develop and maintain detailed manager profiles, leveraging the With platform, market research, and AI.
Understand fundraising priorities, target allocations, investment strategies, and desired Retreat outcomes.
Maintain an up-to-date view of manager objectives throughout the year.

Audience Development Intelligence

Translate manager priorities into Retreat-specific allocator targets for the IR team.
Build allocator target lists and manager wish lists.
Identify gaps between manager demand and expected allocator attendance.
Partner with IR team to influence invitation strategy.

Briefings & Insights

In coordination with IR and Client Services, support the preparation of LP and GP briefing documents ahead of each Retreat, continually identifying ways to make this information more valuable to our audiences.
Surface relevant market intelligence and allocator insights.

Matchmaking & Meeting Strategy

Recommend top allocators for each manager to meet.
Prepare allocator prioritization lists for IR teams to facilitate on-site introductions.
Track introductions, meetings, and engagement outcomes.

Data & Reporting

Build and maintain client tracking dashboards that are referenced regularly to ensure health of client engagement.
Track manager requests and meeting recommendations.
Develop tools to measure introduction success and audience alignment.
Lead on the development of a “Year in Review” summary for each partner firm ahead of client renewal.

Key Qualifications

3 to 5 years of professional experience
Strong analytical and research skills
Ability to synthesize large amounts of information
Excellent attention to detail
Strong written communication skills
Experience working with databases, CRM systems, and market intelligence tools
Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
All S&P Global employees are required to work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week.
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $104,000 to $120,000 USD. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
