Field Manager

About the Role

In this position, you will:

Organize home remodeling projects

Monitor field crew performance and product quality

Communicate directly with customers and assist with complaint resolution

Present daily progress reports

Occasional measuring of jobs

Key Qualifications

Residential remodeling experience, specifically with replacement windows, bathrooms, and kitchens

Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record

Prior management or supervisory experience

Conflict resolution experience

Exceptional communication and customer service skills
