Job description
What You’ll Do as a Fleet Technician:
As a Fleet Technician, you’ll help maintain the performance and safety of our vehicles while minimizing downtime. Your responsibilities will include:
Performing routine maintenance and preventative services across the fleet
Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
Conducting inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety and operational standards
Identifying and resolving issues quickly to keep vehicles in service
Maintaining accurate service records and repair documentation
Proactively spotting potential problems before they become major repairs
Collaborating with technicians and operations staff in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking for:
Experience as an automotive technician, fleet mechanic, diesel mechanic, or similar role
Strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair processes
Proven troubleshooting and mechanical problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Valid driver’s license required
ASE certifications are a plus (not required)
