Job description

Children’s Services is seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Support Coordinator to support our Early Intervention and ABA programs.

This role works closely with agency leadership to help ensure referrals, staffing, authorizations, compliance requirements, and service starts move efficiently from intake through service delivery.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solution-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a critical role in supporting providers, families, and internal staff while helping ensure children receive services in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the day-to-day coordination of Early Intervention and ABA cases.
Identify and troubleshoot barriers that may delay services.
Follow up with providers, families, service coordinators, and internal staff regarding outstanding items.
Support staffing efforts to ensure cases are assigned and started promptly.
Review documentation for completeness and compliance.
Maintain accurate records and tracking systems.
Assist leadership with quality assurance and compliance initiatives.
Respond to provider and family concerns and help facilitate resolutions.
Generate reports and provide operational support to agency leadership.
Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications

Compensation

Salary ranges based on experience.
