*Job Title:* Director of Finance
*Location:* Remote
*Salary:* $175K – $225K

*Description:*
A growing multi-state behavioral healthcare organization is seeking an experienced CFO / Director of Finance. This individual will serve as a key business partner to ownership, executive leadership, and operational teams, providing strategic financial leadership, actionable insights, and a hands-on approach to financial management. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable developing long-term financial strategy and rolling up their sleeves to support day-to-day finance and accounting operations.

*Responsibilities:*
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across multiple entities, locations, and service lines.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate new programs, service lines, acquisitions, and expansion opportunities.
• Serve as a strategic financial advisor to ownership and executive leadership.
• Oversee monthly financial reporting, performance analysis, and consolidated financial statements.
• Partner with revenue cycle teams to maximize collections, analyze reimbursement trends, and support payer contract evaluations.
• Drive process improvements, financial system enhancements, internal controls, and scalable finance operations.

*Qualifications:*
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience.
• Healthcare industry experience is required; experience in Mental Health or ABA is a significant plus.
• Strong experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and multi-site financial management.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience; Sage Intacct experience is strongly preferred.
• Must be a sophisticated finance professional, strategic thinker, and effective leader who is willing to take a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach to financial management and organizational growth.
