Job description
Qualifications
3-5 years demonstrated coaching experience at the Division I level. (Preferred)
Demonstrated experience with fiscal management and budgeting. (Required)
Proven ability to assist in recruiting, developing, and training elite athletes at the collegiate level. (Required)
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with student-athletes, administrators, peers, and the general public. (Required)
Commitment to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the program. (Required)
Demonstrated understanding of the responsibilities associated with coaching in a Division I program and the ability to communicate effectively with student-athletes. (Required)
Knowledge of NCAA Division I rules and regulations and a proven record of compliance. (Required)
Ability and willingness to adhere to UCLA’s policies regarding fiscal responsibility, ethical conduct, and compliance with university standards. (Required)
Education, Licenses, Certifications & Personal Affiliations
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. (Preferred)
Must possess and maintain current certifications in first aid, CPR, and AED use. Proof of certifications must be provided within 30 days after employment. Duties will be limited until certifications are submitted. (Required)

10% Ability to travel for team competitions and team activities as needed.
