Retail Reset Supervisor

Essential Responsibilities:

Lead on-site reset teams and ensure quality, productivity, and safety
Execute projects based on planograms and CAD layouts
Make real-time decisions to keep projects on track and within budget
Inspect completed work to ensure customer expectations are met
Communicate effectively with store leadership, contractors, and team members
Complete required project documentation

Team Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
3+ years of retail or reset experience
Proven leadership and team development skills
Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication abilities
Ability to travel and work overnight shifts
Demonstrates an ongoing commitment to SPIRIT values of Service, Pride Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork
A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the Fleet driver requirements are required, as well as access to reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Experience reading planograms/CAD drawings
Experience with hand or small electric tools
