Garage Door Sales/Technician

🔧 What You’ll Do
Diagnose, repair, and service residential and light commercial garage door systems, including springs, cables, openers, rollers, tracks, and panels.

Perform detailed safety inspections and preventative maintenance.

Present repair and replacement options that best meet each customer’s needs and budget.

Educate homeowners on products, upgrades, and preventative maintenance.

Provide exceptional customer service while closing sales with honesty and professionalism.

Document completed work with notes and photos using company technology.

Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and safe work environment.

Work closely with dispatch and teammates to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

✅ What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year of sales experience (consultative, in-home, retail, or outside sales preferred).

Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand and power tools.

Previous garage door, construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, automotive, or other skilled trade experience is a plus.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to lift 75+ pounds, climb ladders, and work safely in a physically active environment.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

High school diploma or equivalent.
