Job description

Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Design, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Provide supervision, mentorship, and training to RBTs and Behavior Technicians
Review client data and make treatment recommendations based on progress
Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with BACB and payer requirements
Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive clinic culture
Qualifications
Current BCBA certification in good standing
Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to effectively supervise and support behavior technicians
