Respiratory Therapist / RT

Responsibilities

To administer all forms of Respiratory Therapy, as well as becoming involved with consultations involving types of therapy administered, maintaining equipment, enforcing safety standards, and keeping departmental records.

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities:

Associate degree from an approved NBRC Program.
BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

OR
ACLS required from an Accredited Institution by the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
Licensed Respiratory Therapist in the State of New Jersey.

Preferred Job Requirements:

One to two years of experience in all forms of Respiratory Therapy.
