Director of Growth – ABA Therapy Company
We’re a growing ABA practice spanning multiple states looking for a driven Director of Growth to join our leadership team. Our office is located in the Five Towns, and you’ll work directly with leadership to shape the future of the company.
$60K–$120K base + performance bonus
You’ll own:
• Marketing & brand presence
• Payer & referral relationships
• Recruiting pipelines
• Multi-state expansion efforts
Requirements:
• Must have experience in healthcare or ABA growth roles
• A relationship builder who gets results
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving environment
