Regional Program Director

The Regional Director will provide oversight for the development and implementation of programs at Heart to Heart Home Care. This position will provide quality assurance, oversight, support and training at all programs within the designated region to ensure that the programs meet licensing, funding and accreditation requirements. The Regional Program Director will supervise Group Home Program Directors and program staff and ensure that all program staff are receiving appropriate training and direction and will work in conjunction with support staff (Director of Nursing, Behavior Support Specialist) to ensure that the services provided are effective and as strong as possible.

Requirements
High school or equivalent (Required)
Non Probationary Driver’s License
Five years group home experience (Required)
Five years working with IDD (preferred)
Willing to travel 50%
Three years of Management experience
Therap experience a plus
Must be 21 years of age or older
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of NJAC10:44A (Standards for Community Residences for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities)
Microsoft Office Suite
