Qualifications
For Lead Teachers (General Studies & Judaic Studies – Elementary/Middle School)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field, or a recognized Teacher’s Seminary diploma

Minimum 2–3 years of lead classroom experience

Strong instructional design, assessment, and classroom management skills

For Assistant Teachers (Elementary/Middle)
Prior classroom experience preferred but not required

Passion for working with children and supporting student growth

Strong collaboration and communication skills

For Assistant Teachers (Elementary/Middle)
Prior classroom experience preferred but not required

Passion for working with children and supporting student growth

Strong collaboration and communication skills

For All Positions
Experience designing whole-child, developmentally appropriate learning experiences

Commitment to collaboration, professional growth, and continuous improvement
