ULL-TIME CUSTODIAN – 12-month position with benefits

High school diploma or equivalent training/experience.
Flexible schedule
Custodial Experience
Holds a current State of NJ Black Seal Low Pressure Boiler License or can secure a license within the first 12 months of employment.
Capable of lifting at least 50 lbs.
Demonstrates knowledge of fire/safety laws and proper handling of hazardous materials.
Familiar with floor cleaning equipment, HVAC systems, hand tools, etc.
Driver’s license required
Self-motivated

Criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship
or legal resident alien status required.
