Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities
Plan and oversee warehouse and delivery operations to deliver outstanding customer service and employee safety
Work closely with the Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager to ensure consistency in branch culture and communication
Oversee the cycle counting process at the location ensuring completion and accuracy
Maintain physical facility to ensure safety, protect against loss, and represent a professional company image
Develop and implement standard operating procedures
May be required to perform the various warehousing and delivery tactical roles when needed
All other duties and project work as assigned

Qualifications
5+ years of a strong background in warehouse operations, delivery, shipping and receiving, and inventory required
HVAC industry experience a plus, but not required
Warehouse health & safety knowledge, including OSHA requirements
Warehouse management experience preferred
Must be able to work independently with minimal direction
Ability to delegate tasks when necessary
Good judgment and decision-making skills
Willingness to work with customers, contractors, and employees in a professional manner
High level of organization and follow through
Willingness to own and lead warehouse projects
Commercial driving experience is required as well as a valid driver’s license and a good driving record per company policy 
Must be able to obtain or currently have a DOT medical card 
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work at heights of 20 ft. on a regular basis 
Forklift and other PIV certifications are preferred
