Security Officer Patrol

What You’ll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entrance areas, parking locations, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, verifying credentials and/or directing individuals to the appropriate contact or location.
Support day-to-day operations by reporting maintenance issues, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior, while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

A minimum of 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 21 years of age.
A state, county, and/or city issued security-related license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
