People & Talent Partner

About the Role
Own the full recruitment lifecycle for U.S.-based roles.
Partner with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies and build top talent pipelines.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Support onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
Drive employee experience and engagement initiatives.
Act as the local People team representative for the New York site.

Requirements
5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in a startup, B2B, high-growth tech company.
Experience recruiting across GTM functions – Must
Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive, hands-on builder who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with onboarding, HRBP, or People Operations – an advantage.
