Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance and intermediate calibrations on production, laboratory, and utility equipment
Troubleshoot equipment issues, identify root causes, and execute repairs using established procedures
Support equipment start-ups, shutdowns, and minor modifications, including replacement of components such as sensors, valves, and drives
Accurately complete and review maintenance and calibration records within the CMMS accurately and on time.
Contribute to improvements in maintenance procedures and standard operating practices
Support investigations and corrective actions by providing technical insight and equipment data
Mentor junior technicians and promote strong compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
Comply with and promote cGMP, GDP, EHS, and radiation safety standards in all activities
Essential Requirements
Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Automation, Mechatronics), or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
Minimum 2 years of maintenance or calibration experience, preferably within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or similar environment.
Strong understanding of maintenance and calibration principles and industry-standard methodologies
Experience working with a CMMS to plan, execute, and document work.
Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and work independently on routine and intermediate technical tasks
Desirable Requirements
Familiarity with cleanroom environments, clean utilities, and basic automation or control systems
Experience in a radiopharmaceutical or radioligand therapy manufacturing environment
