Job description
What You’ll Do
Facilitate psychoeducation, process, and skills-based group therapy sessions for clients in a structured clinical setting
Engage clients effectively and manage group dynamics with skill and confidence
Apply evidence-based modalities including CBT, motivational interviewing, and trauma-focused therapy throughout all group sessions
Support clients navigating co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions
Collaborate with the broader multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure continuity and quality of care
Requirements
Requirements
Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field
Active, unrestricted clinical license in the state of New Jersey
Experience facilitating group therapy sessions for clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders
Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities including CBT, motivational interviewing, and trauma-focused therapy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Schedule and Compensation
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Compensation: $75 per group facilitated
