High Holiday Leadership Opportunities

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Jewish liturgy, High Holiday prayers, and Conservative Jewish practice.
Experience leading engaging and interactive services for upper elementary-aged children.
Warm, approachable presence with the ability to connect with children.
Prior experience in Jewish education, clergy, camp, youth programming, or community leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

Experience working with teens, preferably in Jewish educational, youth, camp, or community settings.
Strong facilitation skills and the ability to create engaging, age-appropriate discussions.
Ability to foster a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment where all participants feel comfortable sharing their perspectives.
Familiarity with Jewish traditions and the themes of the High Holidays.
Prior experience in Jewish education, clergy, camp, youth programming, or community leadership is preferred.
