Female DSP / Direct Support Professional

Responsibilities may include:

Providing one-on-one support in the home and community

Building a warm, respectful, and supportive relationship

Assisting with routines, engagement, and daily activities

Encouraging independence, confidence, and community involvement

Creating a safe, caring, and positive environment
