Executive Director

The Hebrew Institute of White Plains (HIWP), a welcoming and inspiring Modern Orthodox synagogue serving 260 member families, seeks a mission-driven and highly organized Executive Director to serve in a newly created role as its senior administrative professional. Reporting directly to the President of the Board, the Executive Director works hand-in-hand with clergy, staff, lay leadership, and volunteers to ensure the synagogue runs with excellence, warmth, and fiscal responsibility. As the senior professional staff member responsible for all non-rabbinical operations, the Executive Director oversees administration, finance, facilities, membership, and personnel in a hands-on role that requires both strategic vision and day-to-day operational execution.
