Security Officer Patrol Agent

What You’ll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or property staff while carrying out site-specific procedures and appropriate emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or resident concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner and report security-related issues according to site protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity.
Monitor access points, observe visitor and/or vendor activity, and document unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, or policy violations for follow-up.
Support a courteous residential atmosphere by assisting with directions, answering general questions, and communicating clearly with residents, guests, and/or management.
Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
