Job Summary:

Essential Functions/Physical Requirements of Job:

· Inspect installation areas to project requirements and determine the required materials, resources and equipment necessary for successful completion. Participate in installer selection and termination as applicable.

· Coordinate installation materials drop offs and pick ups

· Verify the accuracy of material orders including warehouse supply inventory to ensure project readiness and minimize delays.

· Perform pre-inspection and post-inspection of jobs to ensure quality and customer standards are met.

· Collect all forms of payment including loan documents and COC

· Train installation new hires and maintain current knowledge of industry standards

· Assist Director of Operations with Coupa payments/accuracy

· Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products and services

· Establish and maintain effective communication channels to enable seamless interaction between customers and the company

· Promote team engagement and team-building initiatives to strengthen collaboration, morale, and overall performance

· Ensure projects are in the correct stage of process through backlog management

· Identify, escalate and resolve project issues to support progression through the operations funnel resulting in on time project completion

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

· Four or more years of relevant experience

· Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members

· In-depth knowledge of industry practices and service delivery standards

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and foster a collaborative team environment

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· High level of attention to detail and accuracy

· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

· Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently

· Proven ability to support and promote team building initiatives that enhance morale, engagement, and performance

Computer Operations:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, and the ability to learn and effectively use software applications such as ADP, Lead Perfection, Leap, and other applications used in job duties.

The physical requirements of this role may vary depending on the specific job duties and work environment. These may include, but are not limited to:

· Remaining in a stationary position (e.g., sitting or standing) for extended periods

· Frequent movement, including walking, bending, reaching, or climbing stairs

· Use of hands and fingers to operate computers, tools, or equipment

· Occasional lifting and/or moving of items up to 100 lbs.

· Working indoors and/or outdoors in various environmental conditions

Job Classification:

Job is exempt from the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act. Salary and benefits shall be paid consistent with Renuity, LLC salary and benefits policy.
