Job description
Why This Role
• Innovation at the core — work at the center of an AI Content Factory shaping the future of content production for a Fortune 500 brand.
• High-visibility mandate — sole US point of contact on a flagship account, with direct exposure to senior client stakeholders from day one.
• Career-defining portfolio — add a marquee global pharmaceutical brand and a cutting-edge AI production model to your track record.
• Room to shape the model — influence how AI tools, workflows, and best practices get built and scaled, not just execute an existing playbook.
Location & Work Model
• Location: New Jersey or New York, US-based.
• Work model: Hybrid — on-site at the client’s offices 1–2 times per week, remote otherwise.
• Reports to: Keenfolks Account Leadership for this engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the sole day-to-day Keenfolks point of contact for the client team, representing the full breadth of the engagement.
• Own end-to-end project management for creative and content production workflows, from brief intake through final delivery.
• Build, maintain, and communicate project timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on milestones and deliverables.
• Manage resource allocation across internal creative teams and external partners, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
• Facilitate standups, status meetings, and review sessions; document decisions and follow through on action items.
• Maintain full project visibility in Adobe Workfront (or equivalent PM tooling), keeping tasks, timelines, and workloads current.
• Identify risks early and escalate or resolve them before they impact delivery — given the sole-POC nature of this role, sound judgment on what to escalate internally is critical.
• Track and report on project KPIs, budget adherence, and team capacity to Keenfolks leadership.
• Continuously improve workflows, templates, and processes to increase team efficiency.
• Partner with the Keenfolks AI and Tech teams to pilot, refine, and scale AI-powered production workflows within the Content Factory model.
• Uphold the quality and compliance standards expected in a regulated pharmaceutical client environment.
Requirements
Experience
• Proven 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within a creative or marketing agency environment — mandatory.
• Experience with health, pharmaceutical, or life sciences clients is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with competing deadlines in a high-output environment.
• Comfortable operating as the sole client-facing representative for a project — able to build trust and credibility independently with senior client stakeholders.’]
Skills & Competencies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; equally comfortable liaising with creative teams and client stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed — able to work autonomously without close supervision.
• Hands-on expertise with Adobe Workfront or comparable project management tools.
• Familiarity with pharma or other regulated-industry content workflows and approval processes is a plus.
• Genuine interest in AI-powered production tools and workflows — experience with AI content or automation tools is a strong plus.
Languages & Nationality
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) — mandatory.
• Spanish — a strong plus.
