Duties

Duties described below are at the highest grade advertised. Duties assigned at lower grade levels will be of more limited scope, performed with less independence and limited complexity; duties will be commensurate with the grade of selected employee.
Assist in the development of organizational documents such as Statement of Work, Independent Government Cost Estimates, and Contractor Performance Evaluations to support the primary TPOC in meeting mission goals and objectives.
Facilitates pre-board and management review meetings for the NESC Review Board (NRB) process to ensure board readiness, timely completion of required actions, and effective communication and tracking of management decisions, actions, and outcomes.
Oversees NRB processes, documentation, and workflow requirements in the NESC Portal from project initiation through completion to address process issues and changes.
Prepares administrative paperwork and travel authorizations to support the travel needs of senior executives.
Serve as the NESC End User Services Office (EUSO) point of contact assisting end users in submitting requests through the Enterprise Service Desk portal to include orders for IT equipment, IT updates, and unsubscribes.
Serves as the Alternate Technical Point of Contact for the NESC Meeting Support, NRB process and NESC Administrative Support activities to advise in areas such as technical editing, technical writing, and documentation services.

Current Federal employees must meet qualifications, time in grade, and 90 days after competitive appointment requirements by the closing date of the announcement.
Qualifications
Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.

To qualify for GS-11, you must have:
a) One year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 level

Supporting management and staff to plan, coordinate, organize, or execute administrative tasks.
Assisting with administrative functions such as preparing travel authorizations, coordinating travel arrangements, and organizing meetings to support mission goals and objectives.
Utilizing collaborative tools such as MS Teams, SharePoint, etc., to share and manage administrative information ensuring clear communication and coordination
