Proactive and independent technical expert who performs a variety of tier I technical support responsibilities, requiring a thorough working knowledge of information technology and infrastructure administration. You are a skilled communicator on all levels. Your meticulous attention to detail is shown through your timekeeping, documentation, and execution of the technical work.

You know how to:

Provide first and second level consultative client support for desktops, mobile devices and server infrastructure.
Accountable for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and billable hours.
Work closely with project engineering, client services team, management team, and 3rd party vendors to resolve client’s technology issues.
Respond and perform timely and accurate scheduled maintenance and service tasks as defined for individual clients.

Technology working knowledge:

Experience resolving technical problems and troubleshooting in a client/server environment
Windows Desktop Operating Systems
Windows Server 2016 to present
Workstation/Server Hardware
Peripheral Devices including Printers, Scanners, etc.
Networking including Routers, Switches, Firewalls, etc.
Cloud-Based and Virtualization Technologies
Common Client/Server Applications including Microsoft 365, Adobe, etc.
Windows 10 / 11
Mac (MacOS)
Networking Technologies
Server/PC Hardware Diagnostics
Microsoft 365 Provisioning and Support
Cloud-Based and Virtualization Technologies
MSP applications like ConnectWise, LabTech, and IT Glue desirable
Industry certifications(CompTIA A+ / Networking, M365 Endpoint Administrator, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals),bachelor’s degree in computer Engineer, Computer Science, Information Systems are highly desirable.
