Job Summary

We are seeking part-time Desktop Support temporary employees to assist with Windows 11 deployments across our organization. This role involves performing straightforward upgrade tasks by following a detailed, step-by-step guide. The process primarily requires initiating the upgrade, monitoring progress, and performing basic post-installation checks.

Essential Functions

Follow a provided step-by-step deployment guide to upgrade Windows 10 computers to Windows 11.
Initiate upgrade processes on multiple computers simultaneously.
Monitor upgrades for successful completion and troubleshoot basic issues using provided documentation.
Perform basic post-upgrade verification to ensure devices are operational.
Communicate status updates to the project lead as requested.
Handle equipment carefully and maintain professional conduct in office environments.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or its equivalency (BA/BS Degree Preferred).
1-2 years’ experience with Apple iOS and MacOS.
Ability to follow detailed instructions precisely with minimal supervision.
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks across multiple devices.
Reliable, punctual, and organized with strong attention to detail.
Physically able to move between workstations within the deployment site.
Prior desktop support or IT deployment experience is a plus but not required.
