Partner Manager

Key job responsibilities
– Establish, manage, and grow relationships/partnerships with content providers.
– Develop and execute project plans, collaborating with internal teams across all functional areas within Prime Video to deepen partnerships and drive customer engagement.
– Report on key performance indicators to senior partner managers and propose initiatives to improve business performance.
– Analyze partner performance to present data-driven recommendations and growth opportunities.
– Gather and understand customer and partner needs (both existing and potential), using that knowledge to advocate for delivery of Prime Video features that provide Amazon customers and partners with a high quality experience.
– Identify problems quickly by gathering data using any tools necessary and working with other to solve them.
– Monitor competitors/industry developments.

Basic Qualifications
– 2+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience
– Speak, write, and read fluently in English
– Experience with reporting and Data Visualization tools such as Quick Sight / Tableau / Power BI or other BI packages
– Experience working with cross-functional teams
– Experience with project management, business development, partnerships, account executive, operations, marketing, or customer success
– Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish or Portuguese (or both)

Preferred Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
– Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
– Experience communicating results to stakeholders
– Experience in the entertainment industry
– Experience in problem solving and delivering results
