Maintenance Director

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the maintenance department, including supervising a team of maintenance staff

Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address maintenance needs

Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend the life of equipment and fixtures

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and renovations

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and preventative measures

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to maintenance and facility operations

Requirements:

Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends
