Talent Acquisition Director
Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Director is responsible for developing and executing the organization’s talent acquisition strategy to attract, hire, and retain top talent. This leadership role oversees the full recruitment lifecycle, employer branding initiatives, workforce planning, recruiting technology, and talent acquisition team performance. The Director partners closely with business leaders to align hiring strategies with organizational goals while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the organization’s talent acquisition strategy.
Lead, coach, and develop the recruiting team.
Partner with leaders to forecast hiring needs and create recruitment plans.
Oversee full-cycle recruiting for key and leadership positions.
Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and cost-per-hire.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and hiring practices.
Manage recruiting systems, vendors, and agency partnerships.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
2+ years of talent acquisition experience, including leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, employment law
Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
