Home Health Aide Medicare

Responsibilities:
Provide Medicare-compliant bath visits in patients’ homes
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and basic skin care
Observe and promptly report changes in the patient’s condition
Maintain accurate visit documentation per agency and Medicare standards
Ensure patient dignity, privacy, and respect during care

Qualifications:
Current Florida HHA certificate or CNA license
Current CPR certification
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
Negative TB test and Level 2 background screening
Minimum 1 year of experience in home health or personal care (preferred)
Excellent communication and time management skills
Ability to work independently and professionally
