Preschool Co-Teacher for 2026-2027

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, or currently pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
At least one year of experience working in a childcare or preschool setting
Patient, reliable, nurturing, and loving approach with young children
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Ability to collaborate with a co-teacher and participate in lesson planning
Commitment to creating a positive, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment
Upon hiring, candidates must:

Complete all required online trainings, including Mandated Reporter, SIDS, AHT (Abusive Head Trauma), and Anaphylaxis training
Complete fingerprinting through the Department of Investigation (DOI) prior to beginning employment
