Drywall Install Apprentice

Key Responsibilities:

Learn to repair drywall and stucco after plumbing work is completed to match surrounding textures and finishes.
Assist with painting, color matching, and texture application using the proper materials and techniques.
Safely use and maintain hand and power tools, including hoppers, brushes, caulking guns, and other trade equipment.
Prepare work areas by removing damaged materials and cleaning up debris.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
Document completed work and communicate job status with Install Coordinators.
Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
Support the Plumbing Department with additional tasks as assigned while continuing to develop your trade skills.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous construction or drywall experience is helpful but not required—we’re willing to train the right candidate.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
Positive attitude with excellent attention to detail.
Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Able to follow instructions and work independently as skills develop.
Comfortable working in residential homes and on active job sites.
Ability to use or learn to use basic hand and power tools.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred.
