Appliance Repair Technician

What You’ll Do:
As an Appliance Repair Technician, you’ll be the face of Flamingo in Customers’ homes, delivering expert service and exceptional care.
Deliver an outstanding Customer experience and build Customer relationships with every service call.
Diagnose and repair residential appliances safely with precision and professionalism.
Perform maintenance and explain preventative care to Customers.
Communicate repair options, pricing estimates, and timelines clearly.
Refer to service manuals and technical documentation to solve complex issues.

Required Qualifications:
Customer-first mindset and professional demeanor.
High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet throughout the day.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to pass background, drug and driving screenings.
