Job description
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and market trends to identify opportunities and support buying decisions
• Support category strategies by building and maintaining assortments aligned with business goals, driving sales, and profitability
• Assists in maintaining inventory levels and a curated product assortments that aligns with Hive’s Brand
• Manages vendor communication, including order placement, follow-ups, and vendor onboarding
• Assists with purchase orders from start to finish and tracks delivery timelines to ensure deadlines are met
• Prepare reports and deliver insights for buying meetings and seasonal reviews to support informed decision making
• Identify opportunities for reorders, markdowns, aged inventory and RTVs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments by shifting priorities based on business needs.
• Required to work 1 Saturday a month in Season

Qualifications:
Proficient in POS systems.
Proficient in MAC Operating Systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications.
1-3 years of buying experience in luxury retail.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
