Sales Associate

What You’ll Do

Sell, upsell, and exceed revenue targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Build lasting relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.
Merchandise and maintain an inspiring, organized showroom.
Handle POS transactions, inventory management, and daily store operations.
Resolve customer questions and issues quickly and professionally.
Participate in promotional events and special projects to boost sales.
Requirements

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or GED.
1–3 years of retail or sales experience preferred; flooring knowledge a plus.
Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a bonus.
Forklift certification required prior to operation.
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
