What You’ll Be Doing

Develop, build, and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns across email, social, web, content, and lead generation channels.
Create compelling marketing content including blogs, case studies, white papers, nurture emails, landing pages, webinar materials, and sales enablement assets.
Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including audience segmentation, content deployment, testing, scheduling, and reporting.
Execute demand generation and lead nurture programs through marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
Develop and optimize LinkedIn organic content strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Create and adapt marketing assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools, including presentations, infographics, and light video content.
Execute and optimize paid digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Search, and other relevant channels.
Support webinar and virtual event execution, including campaign development, promotion, attendee communications, and post-event follow-up.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, delivering actionable recommendations to improve conversion and pipeline impact.
Maintain marketing calendars and ensure timely execution of all campaign deliverables.
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on B2B marketing execution experience, ideally within healthcare, pharmaceutical, SaaS, or other regulated industries.
Demonstrated experience building and launching demand generation campaigns across multiple digital channels.
Strong experience executing email marketing, marketing automation workflows, lead nurture programs, and campaign reporting.
Proven ability to create and deploy marketing content including blogs, thought leadership articles, case studies, white papers, emails, landing pages, and sales enablement materials.
Experience using marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, Salesforce, or similar.
Experience managing LinkedIn advertising and paid digital campaigns, including audience targeting, budget management, and performance optimization.
Strong copywriting and content development skills.
Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools.
Highly analytical with experience measuring campaign performance, conversion metrics, and lead generation outcomes.
Comfortable working independently and owning campaign execution with limited oversight.
Experience using AI tools to accelerate content creation, campaign planning, and workflow efficiency.
