Job description
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement Microsoft Purview solutions across SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange to support information protection, compliance, and eDiscovery objectives.
• Advise clients on Microsoft 365 architecture, including security, governance, and deployment considerations for enterprise-scale environments.
• Lead planning and rollout activities for technologies such as Purview, Defender, Intune, and related Microsoft security and compliance tools.
• Translate business needs into practical technical solutions and oversee delivery from discovery and design through implementation and adoption.
• Support governance and compliance initiatives by defining controls, policies, and operating approaches aligned with client requirements.
• Build strong client relationships by presenting recommendations, explaining risks, and communicating project updates to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Contribute to project leadership by coordinating team efforts, reviewing work quality, and mentoring colleagues across engagements.
• Assist with proposal development, solution strategy, and other business development activities for prospective client opportunities.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience focused on architecture and implementation of Microsoft 365 security and modern work solutions.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 administration and proven experience designing and deploying Microsoft Purview capabilities.
• Experience delivering solutions in large or global Microsoft 365 tenant environments; Microsoft Sentinel and Defender experience required.
• Working knowledge of technologies such as Entra, Azure, Microsoft Graph, PowerShell, PnP, Microsoft Migration Manager, and third-party migration tools.
• Ability to manage requirements, support testing and documentation, and move initiatives from solution planning through rollout.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain issues, risks, and recommendations to clients, including senior leaders. Bilingual (French) would be ideal.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another relevant technical discipline.
• Microsoft certifications in security, compliance, or cybersecurity architecture are strongly preferred.
