Job description

Key Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

Manage Connected Technology implementation projects as assigned by the Program Manager, coordinating with the RSC team and Raymond Corp iW Project Managers
Schedule and participate in required implementation planning calls with the customer, Raymond Corporate Accounts (RAMI), Project Managers, and Raymond dealer partners.
Validate software functionality and configure server and required customer inputs.
Assist in collecting and validating customer information required for implementation and setup of customer servers (GTS/iRED).
Ensure SW/FW is most current version on install tracker.
Verify Installation/Implementation Checklists are complete. Utilize project management and task tracking tools, and complete post implementation summaries and reports.
Deliver on-site system implementation training for customers within territory and provide virtual training via Microsoft Teams for customers outside the territory.
Conduct post implementation reviews, provide system configuration support and troubleshooting as needed, and coordinate with RSC Field Service and Installation resource to provide on-site follow-up when additional actions are needed.
Ensure inventory is validated when iWarehouse parts arrive at RSC locations in coordination with the RSC Parts and Warehouse teams. Own and maintain company, project, and demo inventory.
Source additional parts as needed.
Schedule and deliver customer requests for refresher / additional training for Connected Technology products, ensuring successful customer adoption and utilization.
Support with troubleshooting/diagnosing customer issues, such as the following:
Assist and guide technical resources in coordination with Raymond Field Service and RSC training
Connectivity / Network issues
SW/FW upgrades
Assist Operations and Service Group with iW warranty issues.
Develop and maintain shared knowledge base documentation to promote knowledge sharing, standardize processes, and drive continuous improvement.
Develop product expertise and support account managers and fleet solution representatives with product demonstrations, application reviews, and technical considerations to advance solutions portfolio adoption.
Assist and support in implementation activities for automation solutions within Engineered Solutions team.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; technical/trade school education or industry certifications preferred.
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
General knowledge of modern business technology components required
Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to a variety of audiences, including customers.
Experience with information technology, software solutions, or controls preferred.
General mechanical aptitude preferred.
Experience working with material handling equipment or industrial equipment technicians preferred.
Three or more years of related experience in the lift truck or material handling industry preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
Ability to travel frequently (approximately 50%) throughout Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and West Virginia. A valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record are required.
Occasional overnight and national travel (typically less than 20%) for customer visits, conferences, and trade shows may be required.
Residence within the greater Cincinnati, Ohio area preferred.
